My property had two unconnected waste pipes which was causing foul smell in house and giving rats access under floorboards. SB Drain staff, on first visit checked all waste pipes in total 9 and pinpointed the cause of smell and rodent issue. After I was given advice and report of the findings. Second visit they lined the pipes and resolved the problem. Highly recommended, friendly and efficient service. Thank you š
